Refund Policy

30-day request window

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving the item. New, unused products may be returned for a change of mind or an incorrect selection. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are also covered.

Approval and mailing

Email ofepeza079@gmail.com before sending anything. We will review the request and provide the correct return address. The business mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.

A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are accepted after review and depend on stock availability.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

This policy does not limit rights available under applicable Canadian consumer law.
