Currency and authorization

Prices and checkout totals are presented in CAD unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Payment is authorized before an order is accepted for processing.

Declines and pending charges

A bank may decline, hold, or delay a transaction. Verify billing details and contact the card issuer if assistance is needed.

Security

Payment details are handled through Shopify and the payment providers made available at checkout. We do not ask customers to email complete card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. See the Refund Policy or use Contact Us for help.
